This series of equipment is primarily used for stranding and cabling large-cross-section, long-length power cables. It can handle stranding of round or sector-shaped conductors and also supports steel-tape armor, steel-wire armor, and copper-wire shielding, among other applications.
Equipment composition:
Rotary pay-off stand, conductor handling device, cable-joining guide roller, filling rack, steel-wire pay-off stand, steel-wire armor-tying head, strand-twisting die holder, winding and packaging unit, rotary pneumatic traction unit, drum-type wire-receiving stand, transmission system, and electrical system.
